If you're asking about getting "decision-locked", then depending on your resolution, it might be hidden under the toolbar. For this version, you can hide the toolbar using keyboard shortcut "H" or even change the text size using the "setting". 

Hey, I checked your game, and it looks awesome. But you're using Unreal 5 and I don't think my old laptop could handle it. And I also doubt I would even have the time to do anything else at the moment.

But yeah, good luck with your game. Maybe we could collaborate in the future.

It is really barebones, buggy and nothing happen much. The dev is an obvious beginner 😊

At the moment no... the max level you can reach before reaching end of the content message is 8th Qi Condensation.

Hey fellow daoist, I'm still living and working on the game😊. While I'm really happy for your enthusiasm, but I'm very open about my situation from the very start. 

I'm not an actual game dev nor programmer, I already have full time job unrelated to tech industry. I'm doing this to have fun on my free time and because I really love the genre. I wish I could work more on the game, but I couldn't because of my very limited free time.

This project is a marathon. I like it, and I'm proud of it. So I will probably keep working on the game as long as its fun for me. I might later branch out and make other games, but I will keep coming back to the game, when I learn more and want to add more stuff.

Hopefully, when I actually release an update, it will be decent enough, so people would have fun playing the game 😁

Mobile is still kinda buggy. Version 0.1 was the first version that had mobile support. Hopefully the next update would be better on this regards.

Yes, I'm still alive. Still working on the game on weekends 😊 The usual, so many things to do, but not much time to actually do it.

Not sure when the update is going to be ready, but hopefully soon.

At the moment, you can't. Maybe in the far future when we have some kind of romance/relationship system.

Almost everything in the game is just placeholder for something. Including the prologue. It probably won't stay the same in the future.

Thank you for the kind word. While I have no plan making this game a paid game on steam, I do really hope that the game could be game that's be good enough for that kind of status, and still a free game.

And please forgive all the flaws, this is my first time making a game and I'm still learning about everything.

All good ideas, and some of them already in my own wish list. But probably gonna be a bit far in the future. Hopefully, I can put them in the game.

I apologize, but I changed some stuff like changing webpack to vite and now using Tailwind instead of vanilla CSS. So I'm rewriting codebase while learning new stuff again. Unfortunately, it's still gonna be a while.

Thanks for the offers. But this project is also my way of learning programming and game dev. I'm gonna keep doing this on my own to level up my game dev and programming skill.

Maybe we can do something in the future together for something bigger 😊

A: Unfortunately I don't have Subscribestar. I do have Patreon, but I don't use it because I prefer Ko-Fi. They're just nicer to small creator. You can support me with Ko-Fi here. It would really help out.

Q: slave event, it forces "make a choice", but there is no choice offered (I failed both Charm and whatever second check was)

Q: on slave event, to not intervene. Being forced into a scenario is really something game should avoid.

A: Almost all event still need to be improved, so yeah, there will be choice in the future. Including the servant event. Even the stat check was a new improved thing from the previous version. Hopefully, it will be more robust and better as I keep working on the game.

Q: will we have a proper protagonist superpower for cultivation, or is it a "normal" cultivator simulator? Both can be fun.

A: In the future (not sure when), you will have the options to pick which one you prefer. But the "Novel MC" route would have harder difficulty.

Q: somehow highlight save button? I am still not sure how to save.

A: You can only save in your "home" screen. It should be screen with Your Name - Year.

Yes, I will update the game. I'm already in process developing the next update. But I don't know when.

The game is hard, but some testers do reached the max cultivation stage for v.0.1 version (which is 7th stage of Qi Condensation). To be fair, I also only managed to reach 6th on my best run. But there are better players than me 😊

Rebirth mechanic is planned, but still far in the future. I am doing this in my spare time. Still need to learn more game design and programming, and add more things to the game before I reach that.

You can find the save option, only at your "Home" screen and no other place.

Just a single use. And the higher your cultivation stage, the effect would decrease.

Your Body attribute. And you get a slight increase every time you breakthrough to another stage.

it's not fixed, it varies depending on your physical attribute and other factors. the better your physical, the better the effects.

Ah, its probably because you need to pick the option "continue". It might hidden under the toolbar or something like that. You can press "h" to hide it 😊 

On the top bar, on the link called "shortcut" there's a list of keyboard shortcut you can use.

If you're using mobile or something, other players reported they could fix this by changing the font size.

Height and most genetic material would always be randomize. But... I might consider if we should have a randomize button that allows player could just randomize over and over again, to get the description that they want.

Hairstyle... I could put a way to customize that in the future. Not sure when, but this should be doable. Probably about the same time when I start adding clothing.

Body applies to all things Physical. That includes, basic lifespan, your physical stat, and some event check.

Potential atm affects how fast you cultivate, your breakthrough chance and your qi growth. In the future, it will become even more important.

I have a lot of plan for the game, but I'm still learning things. Hopefully, I could make it better in the future 😊

1. It's already on the plan. I probably gonna add this on v.0.1.2.

2. We have tooltip in v.0.1.1 (which in closed testing phase), although just the very basic of it. I will improve it more on v.0.1.2

3. Also already on v.0.1.1 😊

4. This is an interesting idea. I'll try to figure out the design for it. Thank you for the suggestion.

5. This is also on the plan. Might be in v.0.1.2 or the next after.

6. Psyche and comprehension is a bit different. Psyche is somewhat similar to Willpower while Comprehension is Intelligent. And psyche would affect your divine sense, which in the future would have higher role to play. While comprehension might also have other mechanic that I'm planning to add in the future. So those two need to be different.

Mental State (we already have that in the game) is major influence in breakthrough chance. Which is I always recommend player to try to have a decent mental state.

this problem would be fixed in v.0.11 and player don't need to have to hide the toolbar.

Did you scroll down to check if there's another option (usually "continue") and press "h" to hide the toolbar? If yes, can you post the screenshot here?

You don't have to restart, you just have to pick one of the option. If you can't see it because its hidden under the toolbar or something like that, you can press "h" to hide it 😊
