Question 1: Players input is only enabled when all arrows are revealed. Question 2: The arrows player inputs are displayed on the bottom blue row.

My take on the theme: The game involves you doing a task based on information the game gives you, but sometimes the game gives you false information and the challenge is to notice when some things have changed and point out when "the game is a liar".
