there should be an ending where you inject yourself with the syringe, take a particularly sharp piece of the broken couch, stake jarby, take his power for yourself, then either free everyone or take jarby's place, either following in his footsteps, or consuming every last drop of blood in all the thralls and then following up with the rest of mankind, eventually becoming a physical god
