Hi, thanks for the feedback! The game is pretty difficult, so we are working on some plans for making it a bit fairer in the future :)
Just to clarify the enemy movement patterns, they were drawn manually by the level designers in Godot, so they do not depend on the type of enemy. Also, revenge bullet patterns are determined by the type of weapon the player is using
Took me about 10 attempts to figure out why I was dying immediately, but after that I was enthralled! I was staring down a pico on a shelf in a shop the other day but didn’t end up buying it and now wish I had lol - maybe it’s time for me to invest in one

Hi, and thanks! It’s definitely very challenging. We do intend to continue developing it, perhaps once Mini Jam 111 is over.
The game doesn’t have any objective upgrades, but hitting enemies and absorbing shots with your shield will charge the bar in the bottom-right corner. When that starts flashing, you can right click to use its “special shot”. Killing some enemies with the special shot allows you to pick up their weapons, which have different behaviours. I suppose it’s more of a horizontal-grade than an upgrade
