Not bad. I thought about doing something similar in the beginning but I didn't even try because it would be too much work to finish until the deadline, I couldnt even finish a game with way smaller scope...
I figured out my game would need a ton of changes in order to work without being a multiplayer game and I would not have the time to do so. Well it was my first game jam so its not a big deal. random screenshot
Cool game. It would be even better with an invulnerability period after getting hit by the laser (so that you can get hit again by the same laser) and a survival timer.
