Wow good job, that's the current high score then! My idea for the game was to combine bullet hell, super smash bros and platformers, so you are right on. Thank you for playing and for the nice comment!

Hey Zoolouie, thank you for the detailed comment! Sadly the single player mode was created the night before deadline, and I couldn't get the reset to work so restarting through menu was intended. Finetuning the jumping and movement is definitely on the after jam list. Thank you so much for playing and for leaving feedback!

I'm glad you liked it and had a chance to try in multiplayer. Refining the stages was one of the things that got the biggest hit with the limited time, but I'm happy to know that the stages could have even more chaos. Thanks for playing and the feedback!

I love the art style and the whole idea! The game was balanced really well, which must have been tough for a game like this. It was definitely challenging, but I felt that after practicing one more time I could have survived even longer, so I didnt feel like it was the games fault at all if I lost. Really good job, one of my favorites!

The music fits the game so well, and the idea is great. I could see this being a really fun and engaging game, if the difficulty was a bit more forgiving, especially the bottom ball. I also really like the art and atmosphere!

I really like the pixel art and backstory for the game. I dont know if I kept messing something up when I was only getting "scare the human" again and again. Also appreciate the effort to try a different perspective for the game, I know this one is definitely not an easy one to work with.

This is definitely one of the nicest games I played (and not only because of the cats). The character felt good to control, gameplay was interesting and the cutscene was very cute. I especially liked the cat sound effects, made me laugh! I didnt expect to see buff and debuff cards, it was a nice add.

I really wanted to finish the game but around 10 levels it started to feel more repetitive and grindy so I gave up after dying twice (to my own bullets) on lvl16. Maybe could have had less levels and more time used to make levels different from each other. Also upgrades could have been displayed on one go, being sort of stuck after levels to see them one by one was a bit tiring.

Overall I think this game is definitely one of my top games for the jam, you guys really got a lot done in a week!

I actually really enjoyed having to discover ways to reach the higher platform through double jumping and killing enemies by jumping on their head, added sort of a mini puzzle instead of just explaining everything in a tutorial. The character movement felt very floaty and not that exciting to control, maybe bit more gravity and responsiveness would improve the game a lot. I really appreciate the different types of enemies and the music was great!

Thank you for the great feedback! The game was meant mainly for 2 players and single player mode came as an afterthought, which was probably not the best idea for a game jam. I'll definitely write down your feedback for later tweaking!

Thank you for playing! I agree, it was the only way to work around bugs when neither shift or control worked right for the second player.

I'm glad you liked it! Charged attack and more knock back are definitely on the list for post-jam updates, thank you for the feedback!
