I can't see anything in the rules for or against it, but just making sure. Adventure games are big and suck without good art, but a good artist might not be able to code so the story wouldn't come to life.
No official judging but feel free to give feedback on games and inside that you could put ratings. If you want to be judged for your game then put a note inside asking to be judged. This whole thing is just about finishing something. Some people might only have an hour to spend while some people might have the whole week!
