About the slow gameplay-speed, we noticed that but did not have the time to make ajustments to it, since the pushing boxes around with physics was the primary idea (We would have needed to restart from the ground up). And for upscaling the max resulution withing the rules was 320x288 if i interpeted corectly. But still thanks for the feedback.
Hello BlackBugit,
i have tryed this pack for prototyping and love it.
There is a small detail that makes using them a bit more dificullt. The models are not set to null coordinates witch makes rotating and moving them a bit more dificult. There positions is maintained from the first image.
Love the work and i am still using them (I can't model ^^) .
T3CH Games i like the simulator. Lots of fun for a few minutes. I don't know if sugestions are wanted. But i can not help myself. First the mouse button input is problematic in brower, maybe move it to the numbers (1 = red, 2 = blue and 3 = green). A small thing one of the towers is to far away from the center to clear it easily. Lastly the camera. It would be a lot more fun if you could move it or zoom in. For your first upload it realy good. :)
I had fun playing it. I know i am a bit late.
I have a few tips and ideas on how you coud improve / hammer out some of the flaws in this game. Its a game jam so for next time. :)
I ran into the same problem as Goof Sosiska.
Since you probably did the multiplying in sepperate steps you could check if the value gose down and then set it to max or infinit.
I have made an observation thats makes playing the game at the beginning. If you try walking in circles you cut of your own way back. I presume you override the grid with a new room egnoring if there is a room allready.
Again i loved it. You did great work. :)
