2 Ways. Easiest is when making a new character to juts save over ALL previous saves.
Other, Better option is to find your game folder, and in the game folder of your game folder (I.E. MonGirlDreams-Alpha-v26.1a-pc -> game -> saves) and there is a save folder in that directory. Delete the auto, quick and numbered files. If it doesn't launch afterwards, uninstall and reinstall (At least as far as I know)
Could just be me, but trying to convert a save over to 2.6.0 puts winds up with a weird error that doesn't let any of the preference, save or load menus work
The difference between the versions is just one is 32-bit AFAIK. More for system compatibility than anything. As for the scenes, I would assume so, but don't actually know.
I know the Orange lights one is bugged, but I need to work on the other 3.
The ones I'm missing are: "I wonder how long she can keep wrenching that door open" (Top Right Corner) "Poppy and Nile against the windows when night ends"(Swear I got it, but it didn't trigger. Does the doors have to be open?) "A Funny number of nights"(How many do I have to go through)
Here is the error. Turns out that if you ignore it a couple of times, it just stops happening. Don't know why, might want to look into it.
