if you havent already which you probably already have because you commented this 2 years ago you have to back a room from that one and to do that you have to use your wand while standing on the vine
it happened to me both on my first and second gos
Also those runs were before i actually started playing celeste and now i can beat this in under 10 mins too with all berries
