 the first effect states if there's aclimax in vour climax area.

in the actual duel，if there's not a climax in vour climax area，can also execute this effect with no problem

The card "Encounter Between the Two" in Re:Zero, When this card is triggered,acactually  the top card of my deck is put into my stock without my allow.
It is contradict the card effect.
