Thank you so much, cause i hardly use the mod and the one time i do it turns the screen blank

Hi i recently downloaded the simsims store and i love it but when i use it now it turns my screen blue and nothing shows up is it a glitch on my side? Nothing works and i have to completely exit the game and re-enter for the game to run again. I can move the mouse and everything so nothing is frozen just the screen is blue and i cant click anything. Please help
