It might take some time for the request to go through, or at least until week 7- the creator of the page said that they're waiting for the new update to add requests. The plus side though is that they also mentioned they may try to make a page where people can upload their own mods, so that could be nice.

Week 6 is definitely not suitable for kids, but I still think the blue balls thing is still kinda bad??? Like if a little kid saw this game and asked why the skeleton has blue balls on it, how would you explain that to a child? I don't think they would understand the intended meaning, and the joke is too mature for any younger kid... Like, no, i understand it's not the worst thing, but it's still not good

And you can't just tell a kid "hey, don't read that, skip over that text." Because that's not going to work. The kid's going to want to see what you're trying to hide. 

All this person is trying to do is get a version where they don't HAVE to do all this covering up and avoiding, they just want one where they can let the kid play it by themselves, and i think that's fine

i have a friend whose younger brother really wants to play the game, but because of the cut scene and death screen, he's not allowed. so i think it's a good idea, because if one person wants this option, obviously there's more who want it too

I mean

yeah you have a point that the game isn't the cleanest, but it's not "christian-ify"ing the game, it's preventing a child, a MINOR, from seeing blue pulsating testicles. If you think it's okay for a child to see that, that's bad.

If it's a teenager, that's a different story. but exposing young children (i would say in the 5 to 8 or 9 range) to genitalia is wrong.

And yes, those children are seeing this game all over youtube and stuff, it's very popular. you can't avoid it getting noticed by kids

Hey, if it's any help, there's a site I've been using that lets you use mods on a chromebook. Somehow it makes the fps so much better as well, not sure how that works? maybe because it's on git.hub instead of this site, i don't know. But if you do get a mod that changes the death screen and week 6, you can request it to be added into this site and then it would work. 

I will say, for whatever reason, week 2 almost always crashes my computer and I have to shut it down completely, both on itch.io and on the mod website. I think it's just too much for the chromebook to handle. but it may be different for you.

if you're not the best at hitting the keys fast like me (my reflexes suck lol) this one is not as forgiving

i'm guessing it's just part of it being a prototype, the arrows are REAALLLY sensitive here

Imagine being given a chromebook by your school and not being given the choice to opt for a fancier, better computer that you definitely couldn't afford otherwise lol

Update, it turns out freeplay was making the lag so much worse on browser. Story mode was better, but still slightly laggy. However... I started week 3, I think? The Spookies one? And my entire laptop froze. As in I couldn't even turn it off for a solid 2-3 minutes. I don't even know how that happened since it was working somewhat fine only a few moments ago. I really want to download the game right about now ;;

Because I'm stuck on my school chromebook. I would happily download it and avoid the awful lag if I could, but I can't afford a new laptop. If you know about a way I could get it even on my chromebook, I would really appreciate it.

Hey, I'm stuck on chromebook too... Are you playing on browser or did you download it? I'm trying to find a way to download it because people are saying it's the web browser version that's tearing down the fps. I guess you're probably on the browser since you're having issues but I though I would ask anyways lol

I'm really looking for help on what I should do here. I'm playing the game on browser and the lag is so bad it's almost unplayable. I want to download the game, but I'm stuck on my school chromebook. There's nothing I can do about that, I can't afford a new laptop. If there's any way I can somehow get a download that will work on here, I want to try it... This game is amazing and I want to be able to play it without having to restart because I missed a ton of arrows on 2 fps. Is there some sort of file converter or something? I downloaded the linux version just fine, but it's only a bunch of files.
