For those of you having difficulty, I would recommend putting the mod at the bottom of your load order/paks file. to do this, edit the file name with a 'z' before the file name - here's an example using my downloaded mod, the 54.1 No Music Version:
(War-WindowsNoEditor_z_LSO54.1(NoMusic).pak)
if other mods, like weapon mods, have a 'z' already, just put another 'z' in front of the sound mod so that it remains below the single 'z' mod.
Thats how I fixed my issue. Hope it helps!

Sentsu! I wanted to say how much I LOVE your mods for foxhole, I am a huge fan, so much so I even had the pleasure of following your work on twitter.
