If you're looking for a free, online site, to open a PSD file, you can use Photopea. I use Procreate to open and edit PSD files, however, it is a paid app.

Sorry about that! I wasn’t really sure how my sprites would work under different circumstances... using it at its original state is sadly the best option under specific circumstances, but I definitely won't stop you from changing it or tracing it to fit your needs.
