You should allow players to host their own servers, Nintendo WILL take this down at some point and they'll take down the cloud servers with it, but if you let anybody make their own, the game can live on even after said DMCA, this is too good for it to go down like that, just like Mario Royale did.

Finish the fangame before Nintendo takes it down so that the full version is reuploaded so many times no DMCA will avoid it from being published. You should've waited to release this itch.io page until the full game was out.
