windows 10, Intel Core i7 CPU 860, NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT (I think it's integrated?), 16 GB RAM, 1680 x 1050 and 1280 x 960
After you choose "Yes" when talking to miku and the screen warps, both of my monitors loose signal for a second and the game freezes permanently (tho the music still plays for some reason).
Restarting pc didn't solve the issue
