The manticore spikes you can get from the Manticore encounter on the mountain, the lake will unlock after beating Perpetua in the city.

Probably my favorite game on the platform, and I love all the aspects of the game, from the characters to the horror. As for the puzzles and lack of information on finding the events, its honestly a non-issue. As long as you pay attention and take note of information that seems out-of-place or important, none of the puzzles are unfair in any way. For the events, the game comes with an in-game guide which tells you about the triggers for the majority of them, so most of the complaints I see are very unfounded. As a side note, Sana is a precious cinnamon roll and must be protected.
