ugh, you're right.  Windows didn't notify me, but it removed it.  Adding an exclusion for InvokeAI worked for me.  Thanks!

Not sure if it helps diagnosing the issue, but I ran across this because I'm experiencing the same, also installed on `D:` on windows.  Using RTX 3080
