You totally fixed it! Thank you so much! I also have an older version of this game as well which had the same issue and it was fixed by deleting the C:\Users\ "your username" \AppData\Local\PlayWithGilbert folder too. Don't worry, no one was horrified =) just very confused. 

I have no idea what caused this, but it seems to be only me, so probably nothing to worry about overall. Checked the steam reviews and no one seemed to have this issue. The game is solid and bug free. Must have just been something weird with my system.

You have made my daughter so happy now. I cannot tell you how much joy this game brings to her. She likes it more than minecraft, mario etc. It's her favorite game. 

Just tried the steam version too and get the same issue

It also displays the application version as version 0.0. If you try to customize the cat it, it will show a proper skin but then as soon as you accept the customization, it goes skinless like the pic above again.

Also says play with none instead of play with Gilbert which is a bit odd. Any help would be appreciated. =)

Hi, have you seen this before? It is showing weird graphics glitches and the game returns to the main screen if you try to play it.

PC is i5 4440, 3060ti.
