Rules says is totally fine to make a 2D game, but it encourages to make use of effects and graphics that could not be possible to get running on a snes but that could run in a ps1

Characters are nice, and skins were a good touch for a jam Game :D

Maybe it'd be a little more dynamic if cat's rotating speed was a lil bit faster, bc it was too long the wait to reach the direction you want 

I think floating things at the bg may be consuded a little bit with platforms, but at he end nice game! :)
