just found out about this jam and am already so excited about it and all ideas in here are sounding awesome!
I'm thinking of a game about city buildings and architectural styles, so doing playbooks like The Brutalist, The NeoClassical, The ArtNouveau, The Post-Modern etc and the agents being like possible uses/functions (city hall, hospital, school, church, department store, prison, big-shady-internet-company warehouse)
hey, really interesting game
love that is compatible with various decks
i also did create a tarot-based rpg, but mine is kind of limited to the Major Arcana in Marseille - and doesn't actually uses the meaning as i opted for a "inspired by" approach. would love to hear your thoughts on it if possible, is available on my profile, it is called Arcana Magna
First of all great game, already invested in the case.
So I played on a Win 10 Pro and get what may be some small bugs:
- In the first scene in the bus with Morgan there was some ambience and foley that stop in the next scene with Mike and Violet. Don't know if since it's an Alpha it was supposed to be like this or if there was sound and, for some reason, it stops playing. The sound of the glass shattering i was able to hear thought (very well, scared the s*** out of me - very nice :D)
- In the mailbox puzzle after I opened the letter one more time to look for clues I was unable to click on the mailbox again. I needed to save the game and reload and then i was able to click on the mailbox, now knowing the code (but very nice starting puzzle).
Those were the possible bugs i encountered but again great game. One last thing to consider it would be to put the Characters Pronouns on their descriptions.
Anyway, best of luck on the project it sure looks amazing already
Do you like weird TTRPGs?
Do you like Tarot cards?
Do you like Dialectics?
So i have the game for you!!!!

Arcana Magna is an experimental DMless TTRPG and cooperative storytelling game where two people together write the story of a common character using the Major Arcana from a Marseille Tarot deck (or just any 22 different cards set) to determine a certain order of events and situations to describe.
PS: This game is still in development and I intend to make a Tarot Card Dealer application soon. Also, english is not my first language so any error or weird phrasing I'm sorry and would love to receive corrections. Thks
