Issue was resolved!
Ended up having something to do with a controller I had plugged in!
Really want to use this but I'm running into a lot of issues.
Whenever I try to click most of the tabs like Options or Visual or anything really the window to those things pops up for a second and then immediately disappears
On both 64bit and 32Bit Windows
