it was not long after i found a girl smocking i spanked her finished the 100 grade main quest then found herriet and watched her do the misdeeds then latter searched her and found evidence with what aloud me to do what i did. i think if you keep completing quest and raze them stats you will come across it sooner or latter. bts pretty shore herriet is why you loose 5 grade points every week on Monday, she makes it rather irritating to get to the 100 grade mark lol.

did you make Shure to get your class grades to 100, there might be some unforeseen rules to be able to trigger an event, have you already caught the girl claiming the fence, make Shure your states are where they should be then do the patrols but do classes to keep up with your student grades and what not
trash game. you get a first few quest then nothing, no quest and grind an arcade ( the arcade mostly gives you bad prises save and load again is the only way to get better chances and even then see what prise you get load back and the thing changes on you) for money an prizzs to up some love levels witch does nothing not even add speach options can only talk to one girl and all it lets you do is give her stuff, work out with your mom and ask is someone is setling in or tell goodnight at your house thats is nothing else waste of money. btw the starter coffee shop prices and arcade prices $500.
