Pixeldrain is the optimal option to download from and is easier than the other two. To work around the block try using a vpn.
Delete the old archive.rpa file and put the newly downloaded archive.rpa file into the game file. Should work.
Add the apk and archive.rpa into the same file in the ixalon game file directory. It worked for me.
