how do you get to the city? i talked to the guy who has fries and i have tried all paths to my knowledge, i even went al lthe way back to the house

is there any documented method for the routes? i have 9 dark devotion and 19 hunters expertise. I have done both of vaels quests and fought him. i have finished all of damlons quests, and i have killed the lightfury. i have also killed deer girl. where/how would i get the genocide ending from here
