Forgotten woods - 2d story-based adventure game
Forgotten woods by Unovirr (itch.io)
The project is developed on the Unity engine. The platform is PC only. The visual part of the game is heavily inspired by projects like the game "Night in the woods", so the mechanics will also be similar. The story is about a group of metalheads stuked on a winter night in the middle of a forest. All graphic elements is completed. Audio part and story are in development. We are currently looking for people to work on code and animation
Mechanics to be coded: scene switch, save/load system, dialog system, player controller, inventory system, some scripted animations, preferences & menu
We also need about 20 character animations. Like these ones:
This projekt was developed by another team. But the programmer missed the deadline and the whole team was working very slowly, so we decided to reassamble the whole studio to pass the next deadline with new line-up. All the artwork is done and we don't want to lose the audience, so we are trying continue the project. Would you be interested in joining us?
