Why not? Curious because there's a lot of adult games on steam already.

These character sprites look fantastic - are they from a set / template that is available on itch?

I understand trying to avoid image theft but this is too blurry to even see what I'm buying - just watermark them.

Would be amazing if the assets were unbundled directories so we could add our own custom layers / sprite groups, or if that's not possible for the assets included - at least allow a readable directory for custom assets.

This could even lead to a community / crowd sourced community around the tool where different people could contribute different art and assets.

Understood that it's a huge time investment to make high quality animated art. 

Just not much I can do practically with a naked character and a few guards.

If you build out a whole set of characters in this aesthetic, with different styles / equipment that can be palette swapped or have heads swapped around - this would be extremely useful as a game dev resource. Look forward to your future stuff!

The only thing that stops me from buying this is that these characters have a unique art style that doesn't work with anything else and I can't match the style myself.

If you had many different characters in this style as a set, for different settings - I'd buy them all and use them.

Can you show previews of the animations as a gif with a watermark or something? It's hard to see what these look like from a slanted sprite sheet.
