The game definitely fits into a unique niche. It's like weirdly porn-game adjacent but doesn't really seem interested in porn. That's not a bad thing of course, and I actually am really loving the game. But it's fun to daydream about a hornier version.

As to the other half of the question, the idea that there could be evil routes that don't end in Kyou either getting outsmarted, self-sabotaging himself out of idiocy, or otherwise having it blow up in his face is a fun one, if only to be unique. An evil route where he actually wins.

Usually I'm not big on 3D games but this RWBY-ish artstyle really works for me. And it seems like you put a lot of work in.

Also, don't upgrade the door until it's almost destroyed, since it gets all it's health back.

If I can make a suggestion, it'd be a nice detail if we could still see the defeated girls in their rooms, unconscious or crying or something.

This definitely has a lot of skill behind it, but it's kinda "all plot, no character," at least from the parts I've played so far. The story chugs along so fast that I don't have much time to get attached to anyone.

Honestly, the concept overall is pretty brilliant.
