Thank you for taking the time to respond!

As for the character changes, that’s actually just them opening up more with time! For instance, K lowered her guard as she got to know the others (causing her immature streak to show); Yana showed that there’s more to her than just being nasty when truly awful things such as murders occurred (she does have empathy, of course); etc. No mind-altering substances, haha! And like you said, in Kostya’s and Mikhail’s cases, the former is facing heavy psychological impacts from the competition and the latter is getting more comfortable showing his true colors with time.

Even if the pacing and structure didn’t suit your taste, we’re glad that there were aspects you enjoyed! And that you’re willing to be so fair; many people will just play a few minutes and turn it off if they’re not crazy about it (especially with indie games!), so we’re grateful for the fact that you viewed several hours of content before making a judgment.

We apologize that you didn’t enjoy the game! Thank you for taking the time to play it though, and for providing your feedback. We always like to hear what others think of our work, regardless of the nature of the commentary!

Honestly, we do understand how the pacing could be a deterrent. Our goal in producing this story was to ensure thorough opportunities for plot and character development; however, this does cause things to go on quite long. For some, this may make the story feel boring and/or repetitive.

Would you mind elaborating on the point about characters randomly acting like completely different people? We aren’t entirely sure to what you are referring, but we’d like to look into it.

As a final note, we would like to point out that, no, players are not necessarily supposed to agree with the extreme notions of justice presented by certain characters within the game. The point of these debates is to show multiple perspectives; it is up to the players whether they agree or disagree!

Once again, thank you for giving our game a chance! Even though it’s not your cup of tea, we’re grateful that you took the time to play it, and to review it.

We’re very glad you liked this update! We always look forward to hearing your feedback; nothing puts a smile on our faces quite like seeing others enjoy our work!

Can’t wait for you to see the second half of this chapter when it comes out~ 👀

(We’re sorry about the screen shakes in that one scene by the way. We’ll have to check that out, haha!)

We’re glad you enjoyed the latest update! We can’t wait for you to see chapter 4!

We’re so sorry about the bonus scenes! They always cause us so much grief, haha. We’ll investigate that issue, then re-release the part as soon as it’s been fixed!

In that case, we hope you enjoy the new part when you get to it! And we look forward to hearing your feedback, too!

If you’d like to write a walkthrough guide, you’re more than welcome to do so!

Hey, how'd you play everything so fast? 😂

We're happy you enjoyed it! We were definitely very excited about this update, because of all the new information that comes out in it - and all of the new mysteries too, of course!

Your theories regarding the King's Advisor and the latest court scandal are very interesting! But will they prove true? Only time will tell~!

We can't wait for you to see the third conference when it comes out! Stay tuned~! It may take a few months, but we promise it will be worth the wait!

While we do still have the original Russian translation, it has been made temporarily unavailable due to complications in development. We hope to fix this soon and get it up and running again, though at the moment we don’t know how soon to expect this. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Thank you for taking the time to respond! We believe we have located and remedied the issue now. You were correct about the mix-up. Something must have gone wrong in the uploading process that caused the PC version to come up in place of both Windows and Mac! We have since reuploaded both versions. It should work fine now!

Again, thank you for informing us of this!

Oh no! We’re so sorry! We’ll look into that soon! Have you checked all of the folders that were downloaded onto your computer?

Aww, this is so sweet! The atmosphere is so soothing, the art is pleasing to the eyes, the dialogue flows smoothly and naturally, and on top of that, the characters are very likeable! Plus, the message is inspiring and beautiful! Overall, we loved this experience, and can't wait to see what you do in the future, as well as what the completed game is like!

Just finished playing, and we have to say, we had a lot of fun! The art and style of the game look so professional, you'd never guess it's an indie game! Plus, the fact that it was made with an engine like Ren'Py makes that all the more impressive!

The plot and characters are cute and entertaining, as well as creative (we especially liked Bram), and overall, this was very enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend.

This is the best game I've ever played. Thank you for giving me this experience.

Last One Standing: Royal Massacre's prologue is officially available for free download! Follow 17-year-old Kostya Evanoff as he attempts to understand his situation and uncover the secrets of the man who kidnapped him, along with fourteen other innocent people.

---------------------------------

Kostya Evanoff wakes up one day to find himself in a dark, unfamiliar closet. As he continues to explore the rooms beyond it, though, he finds that he hasn't been trapped in any ordinary place... No, this appears to be something he never expected to see: a castle. As he interacts with the other prisoners he encounters, he soon learns that they might be just as lost as he is, without any answers or information to speak of... Until they meet the man behind this unusual crime.

He calls himself the King of the Competition, but... What does that mean? Who might he be, and what could possibly be his motivation in doing all he's done? How did he manage to pull off this elaborate scheme in the first place? Is he working alone, or does he perhaps have more allies backing his cause? Furthermore, can Kostya even trust all of the other victims..?

All will be revealed in this tragic, thrilling tale, so stay tuned for more updates as the story continues on!
