I'm glad you liked it! I will admit to working on other things at the moment, but Score and her story are still important to me!

I've liked what I've played so far. The pixel art in the scenes is very good and so is the tilesets!

I enjoyed it. Short and sweet. The music was upbeat and fitting with the action!

Really fun concept and great execution of the idea! The last level took me a few tries.

Thank you for playing! It's entirely in GDScript. I did take the extra effort to make sure the performance was as good as I could make it. For example: almost all sprites in a level aren't rendered unless on screen. That helps a lot because each level has thousands of sprites. Enemies are also in a dormant state in which they execute no logic until they're on screen too, then reenter that dormant state if off screen for too long. This also helps a lot with performance to prevent too many physics calls each frame.

The art is nice, the idea is fun and the replayability is high. Overall a great time!

Thank you! I'm happy to hear you like the written dialogue. I've never really shared anything this story heavy before!

I hope you enjoyed it!

Just a completed every level. This was a fun little short game!

This is a cute little shooter game. I especially appreciate the bat power up!

The Chainwalkers is a story based game about a cynical and jaded maned wolf-like cowgirl who's stuck in a weird, western inspired fantasy world among a lot of bewildered humans. Many enemies, friends and otherworldly threats await her in her attempts to find somewhere that she belongs. All the music, sounds, art and programming was made by me.

This is a project that's been lurking in my pile of drafts for a while now. As I've done with a few of my games recently. I touched it up and finally gave it a public release for all to experience. I hope you enjoy!

Thank you! I'm really happy to hear that some players have played it through right up to the end and have enjoyed my sense of humor!

Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy your time with it!

Crits Critters is an old school pet simulator inspired by the toys of the 90s! Feed your critter when they're hungry. Clean up after them when they've made a mess. Train them up for battle so that they can become the strongest critter they can!

This is one of a few games that I've had as an unreleased draft here on Itch for a while. I've been thinking that it's high time to give these games a public release! I hope everyone has a good time with this one!

First of all, I am sorry if this is the wrong place to post about the release of a major update to an existing game. I looked at the devlogs category first and it specifically stated that it's not a place to post about finished projects in its rules, so I thought this category was a better fit

Brawn, Scorn and Ammo is a retro inspired run-and-gun platformer where you can play as a gun wielding dragon! Today I just finished up work on its first major update! It's been a few months since the initial release and I got a lot of feedback since then. Things players wanted. Things that weren't working. And most of all, things that were just too hard! Almost every existing level went through some degree of a redesign in this update to accommodate all of this! With a bunch of other additions and changes too!

A new easier difficulty setting was added in response to the feedback that the game was just too hard! The new easier difficulty is ironically called "hard". It's still a tough game which ever way you look at it, but it changes up some of the mechanics to make things a little smoother for players!

One feature that was requested was to have the option to track progress on a level. Things like coins collected and secrets discovered. So I added in a results screen to allow players to aim for 100% completion on every level if they so desire. The levels weren't originally designed with 100% completion in mind, so this was one of the major reasons so many of them got reworked!

I recently made a post going over everything that was added, changed and fixed!
Hopefully this update can address some issues players had with the initial release and give existing players a reason to play it again!

If anyone's having any issues with the latest version 1.1.0 update, please let me know here!

Oh gosh! That's really kind of you to say! Thank you!

It's really cool to see that you got my game working on those devices! However, at least for the time being, I'd like to remain the sole distributor of my game. I do appreciate that you asked first and I'll keep your service in mind!

Thank you for showing such interest in my work!

The art is adorable and the puzzle gameplay is a fun concept, even if I may not be smart enough to get 3 stars in every level!

Thank you! I've rarely shared my music in the past, so hearing the positive reception it's been getting in this game has been a huge relief!

Thank you for playing!

That new "draw text" function seems like it could be extremely useful!

This was so nice to look through! I especially like the part where you match the art style of the game you're playing! That little chao one is really cute! Also, I hope you don't mind me responding here, but thank you for the mention in your recent blog post!

The demo shows a lot of potential. The gameplay loop is nice and satisfying. I am wishing you the best of luck with the full release!

I played this some time ago. It's tough but it's very satisfying when you overcome a challenging obstacle!

So far, I have only played the demo for this game. But the demo alone has given me more enjoyment than some full games have. Easy recommendation!

The controls are responsive and snappy and the gameplay is nicely fast paced. I also appreciate the pun for a title! Good work!

The islands concept is a fun spin on the farming sim genre! The art is cute and appealing. Overall, a good time!

I had a good time with this. Very cute and fun to play!

I just downloaded this recently to toy around in it and I'm immediately impressed. I can't imagine how hard it must have been to create such a tool all while making it fluent and easy to understand for the user!

Thank you! I hope you enjoy it! The download version has widescreen support in the graphics menu which can help with some of the later, more tricky levels, by letting you see a little further ahead!

Thank you for the support! I tried my best to fine-tune the controls so I am happy to hear that the effort payed off!

Thank you so much! That means a lot to me!

This was a lovely short story. You expressed a lot of emotion in very few words!

I recently updated the link in the description. Is it working for you now?

This is my first time releasing a game publicly! I'm a bit nervous but also a bit excited! It's completely free for any who want to check it out!

Brawn, Scorn and Ammo is a 2D run-and-gun platforming game! Play through 16 different levels with two playable characters. Create your own explosive platforms to traverse over dangerous terrain or crash them into enemies. Master the jump shot ability to reach high up areas! Just know that things can get quite difficult!
