You need to "show package contents" on the app, go into "Contents" and then "MacOS". Now type "chmod +x" in terminal, and drag the "Femdom Wife Game - Zoe" file into terminal - this will copy the path to the file that needs to be targeted. now run the command. I have to do that every new version, and it always gets it running.
