I just updated the drivers and it seemed to get rid of a lot of issues. Still has some frame drops but it is playable now!

My system has 

CPU: 5700X

GPU: RX580 8 GB

Ram: 32GB DDR4

Storage: 980 Pro SSD

Before opening the game my ram use is at 24% so there is plenty of space on the RAM. It also doesn't fill the VRAM buffer all the way before it crashes either. I'll try updating the drivers and see if that helps at all.

The game seems to crash constantly on me as soon as the camera faces the town. I can walk with it facing towards the forest direction but as soon as the assets start to load it freezes. The game runs well in the forest and turning the specs down to the lowest level potato levels doesn't help at all. I'm running an RX580 with 8 GB of VRAM which should be enough to run the game on the lowest settings.

I just played a save I made ages ago with only 26 of the then 31 available underwear of 8.4 and it shows that Mt. Solitude is available unlike my later save which has 8.4's assets completed. 

When I try to play the 0.9.2 version the story will not continue from the last version of 0.8.4. and when I look on the player's quest map it shows that there is no main quests to complete so I cannot continue the main quest and the eventual side quest.

I'm experiencing the same issue as some others with the backgrounds not loading during some battles. It's been largely inconsistent for me and it randomly does it. Same for when you are traveling using the arrows around a map, sometimes the backgrounds wont load there either. Pretty great so far though!
