@HeroNoBrain i have a fix for you, simply uninstall all of the java apps you have then install it again

ive just tested the download, it seems to be working for me. when you run the 'Minecraft Alpha 1.2.7.bat' press n to install java again, im sure this would work, but if it doesn't it could be a problem with your computer.

does anybody have bug fixes for the OS or Suggestions for something new in this OS. please reply. im very bored

and if you cant open the game type n into the cmd window to install java

the reason why they disabled sounds is so they can add scary music or sounds that randomly start still without the normal sound files

open the Minecraft Alpha 1.2.7.bat file. im very sorry if you are a linux or mac user, cause the game has to run on windows.

there is no way to fix the sound because inside the .jar they disabled sound.
