which is a .exe so I scanned it via the .exe freshly downloaded from itch.io

this virus scan is fake

see that it says zip at under the name of the file

you scanned the contents of a zip folder

you probably had the file inside a password-protected zip file to make it seem like it wasn't a virus and you probably encrypted the file to make sure the antivirus software couldn't find it

which is making the file not flagged

posting viruses on this website is against terms and services dumbo

think clearly about this..
