Sorry, I don't currently have one! But you'll want to use a drawing program that supports PSD files, GIMP is a free one you can use. Though, it does require some basic knowledge in whatever program you end up using
Essentially though, the file is split into folders and layers for the different expressions.
You'll want to recolor the two "BaseColor" layers in the two bottom folders, and then enable the layer featuring the expression you want.
Then you export it as a PNG file, and replace the matching expression in veadotube mini. There should be quite a few tutorials online on how to do the veadotube part at least.
Sorry, I'm not quite sure I understand, could you rephrase that? :o If you mean that it looks like veadotube mini it's because it is! That's the program the pngtuber uses
There's a few ways to do it! You can either edit the images individually in an editing program, or you can flip it horizontally in whatever recording software you use. Google "how to flip" with your program
