so basically the orc war event is still in progress? and no new contents? everything is a WIP I feel like I'm doing something wrong

Guys, in the Northcrest crIsis it says I have to meet Everett at the training grounds in order to talk to lady Tess but in the event log it says rest of the event is still in progress. Do I have to do something first to trigger the event?

Then how can I proceed the Orc's war, Northcrest, and Mythshore quest sir if the event logs keep saying it is a work in progress

so I checked other saves when I started the game and picked the wrong route for bottom Logan and it seems that the scouting task in the Orc's war won't appear on my new load (as shown in my previous upload) can someone help me do it pleaseee

It's me again and finally got time to play the game and the thing is—I'm still stuck with the Northcrest Conspiracy, Orc's War, and Mythshore which means I can't proceed the nameless event. I have tried my best to trigger the event for me to finish it but I am left with nothing. Please I really need your help. This game is just too good to drop and I don't want to start over again.
