Infinituum is a work-in-progress story-driven movement/puzzle game.

You've been offered a spot as a Test Subject for Spectra Laboratories, upon accepting it you obtain the powers of Space and Time. Along the way you're guided by an AI; Spectra, as you uncover the true reality behind your abilities and the corporation. In this badass emotional rollercoaster of an adventure, you'll meet many very familiar and similar and different faces along the way! There's lots of time travel, dimension shifting, and other antics for you to get up to!

Inspired by Persona 5, Portal, and Titanfall 2 - it brings a... crazy mix of different themes and mechanics.

The IcoJam 2023 convinced me to continue working on it - I had it planned for years and had a lot for it; but nothing really done. So, I started. I ended up sick and had some stuff going on, so I only got to work on it for three quarters of one day - so I wasn't able to create a level, though all the mechanics are implemented. I just need to build the levels and dialogue UI boxes. I will be doing that - as this is going to be a project that now keeps being updated.

Infact, due to the level not being made, there's not much to the actual -theme- for icojam. It was going to go into the alternate reality mechanic, as well as story-wise to explain the geometric side of things. For the 3/2/1 - the time control mechanics [rewind, freeze, etc.] - as well as the planned speedrun functions. While working, not fully implemented due to nothing to use them on level wise. Sadly, I didn't have time to finish it due to circumstances; but I want everyone to see!

By far the best game I've played so far with the jam. Brings me back to old arcade feels. Sort of wish it was extended and thrown on something like the switch.

I actually think the 3/2/1 was very present - the main mechanic, moving, was tied to 3/2/1 - as well as mis-counting can cause you to restart a level, which is more detrimental in later levels.

Difficult but fun! I play a lot of rhythm games, yet this posed a challenge. The timing of the fans/lasers threw some challenges.

All in all, super chill atmosphere, I could see this as a fully fleshed out game. Would actually be cool to see, especially with some more puzzle mechanics or longer levels.

Game not launching on .rar unpack has been fixed, a folder name got messed up between packing and upload.

This issue is now fixed, streep gave the go-ahead. It was just a folder named wrong. You can either re-download it or rename the folders inside the main one called "Calling Winds" to "CallingWilds"
