you probably could because ZUN's rules say its only reccomended to say where you got the characters, sprites, etc... (I think, Im not entirely sure)
This is actually pretty sick but I cant seem to turn off the Instant movement option
this is so awesome! it would be really cool if you could make it a rougelike with random items every floor
