You need to read these three dialogues in order to complete that mission. These dialogues are in the second page when talking to Charly.

I think the instructions are pretty obvious; you never meet Kyoko as an NPC. 

I won’t provide any more information on that mission either; that’s the whole point, including its background. It is a diary, after all.
