Hey thanks for giving it a try! 
Apparently Godot doesn't currently play nice with web builds and Macs.  I added a downloadable version that is built for macOS if you would like to try that, but unfortunately I don't have a way to test it, and I don't have an Apple Developer ID so Gatekeeper may block it.

Thank you!  We spent most of our dev time getting the simulation working, so the beginning and end are a little shaky.  Sometimes your bird will get killed before you can gain enough resources to upgrade, you just need to click "Fly Again" and hope for a better food spawn, until you can afford one of the first upgrades (Food + is the best one overall)

Tracked down the issue and patched it, thanks for pointing that out!

I haven't been able to reproduce the lag on damage, but there is a known lag issue caused by too many of the enemy birds clustering in one spot. 
Working on optimization!

This was fun!  I'd definitely be interested in playing more if you ever decide to expand on it.

Got a little ways in and managed to get my ORBS stuck, I think I was spamming upgrade with a full container of them and they managed to wedge each other away from the consumption zone.


I like the concept a lot though, and I'm definitely going to give it another shot!
