Idk if you still need help, but for the "You're the monster" achievement, you first have to get the star shield upgrade, then ask a friendly Kaishi or Tsughos to eat you while it is charged. They will try, the star shield will go off, and boom.

Okay, it does seem to be exactly what it says on the tin, but it only works a handful of times and then wears off

There's a shop item that looks like a Mask of Lorenzo, It says it blocks bullets, but says so in a very 'scammy' manner. I want to know what it does before I buy it because I haven't found a way to remove items or modifiers from my run and I'm pretty far in.
