and this is one-time payment for the nsfw version, which is exactly 5$, so yes you will automatically have access to newly updated paid game :) of course you can support the author with more, but to buy the nsfw it has to be exactly 5$

and here i quote the author (it's in the F.A.Q.):

"If you have purchased the NSFW build, you do not need to pay again for future builds, make sure to pay/donate exactly $5 for itch payments do not stack unfortunately. Afterwards, you can access the game in your library"

yes! if you have an itchio account, it will appear in your library, it looks like this :) as you can see its in the "games you own" folder and there's download button. i bought it with this update, but it will stay like this even with future updates

i *think* it's because the remaining ones are with the private part you didn't pick! not sure though

to purchase the paid version, you have to click "download now" at the top of the page, and you need to pay 5$ exactly. u can pay through paypal or card, it then will appear in your library :) but before buying, make sure the game works on your device
