I have switched to android version but don't know how to open the menu panel can you help?

I have turned off all anti-virus software but it still doesn't work even the 32b version exits after the download is complete

why when I download version 22.5, I can play normally but in 22.6 & 22.7 version, every time I finish loading the game exits by itself
