It happened randomly whenever she drank the drink. I’ve seen it happen multiple times.

Although the 'cup of vagina' doesn't exist in the game.

For Ex:

Bird + Human = Bird girl

Dream + Love/Death = secrets ;)

!! BUG REPORT FOR HORU !!  

I’ve found a visual bug with Instance #154 (the shark girl form) and Instance #155 (the little fish girl form). 

After giving her the correct drinks in sequence, she talks briefly and starts to transform but then freezes as just a black silhouette. When I click to talk, she responds normally, but then reverts back to her usual form after the conversation.

This interrupts players’ progress in collecting forms: Instance #154 only triggers dialogue after the second drink without transforming, and Instance #155 bugs out mid-transformation and reverts. Please fix this bug in the next update.

Oh, sorry, actually there're only 32 left because I just found this one :))

For some reason,
1 cup of Toilet + 1 cup of Evil = this toilet-head form.
I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not, because when I give just the toilet cup to Horu, it only shows an expression and text, but doesn’t transform into anything.

I've found all 255 words, but I'm still missing 33 more forms TwT

Oh I feel like I’m on the menu today!

The bug that happened right after I lost at lv 3, and pressing restart was just an endless shooting with no stops, no trading cards, my character didn't even show up or get injured :))

Well yes, i'm a bowman after all XD 

I think the web version got bug, instead of 2 baby spiders it multiplies into 4. 
They're even stacked on top of each other so it looks like 2 but is actually 4.
No wonder I received 2 hits each.
