I see you are keeping the game always up to date, so thanks ;)

Ok, I'll trust you... and write to you from time to time with some "hey did you update?" :P

But seriously, it's really rare that I want to buy a game when it's fresh out, so seeing you have already pushed out an update here, I hope for the best!

I'm thinking about buying the game here rather than on Steam, I just hope this version will be kept updated at the same time ;)

I was about to buy it on Steam but I just found out you are on Itch.io as well! I may rather go for this because DRM-free and you get a bigger cut.

However, I honestly hope updates will be the same between both versions and the Itch one won't be lagging behind!

I hope to find time to try this. I loved Albion and often wanted to try its spiritual predecessor but I've always had trouble with Amiga emulation so this is a great chance.

Much as I love browsing on the site, it becomes annoying when, especially while looking at sales, titles that I already own, or I am just not interest in, pop up. It really hurts the discoverability of other games when I have to first trudge through the same few dozens I know inside and out at this point; this is likely going to be even more valid for a lot of people now, with the huge swaths of additions from the RJE Bundle.

Just as it takes a few clicks to add a game to a collection, same should apply to add it to a personal blacklist, and if the games can't be made to disappear from the user's searches altogether, at least have them sport a label (like a small icon either over or under the thumbnail) that signals the user to skip to the next item. It could be done in the form of a simple additional option in the same window used to add games to collections.

Similarly, an option should be given to allow already owned games to not appear or, at least, have a label that signals them already being in the user's library.

Since we are at it, I couldn't help but observe what a chore is to remove a game from a collection: you have to open the collection, find the game in there (the earlier it was added, the longer it will take to reach it), and finally remove it. To top it off, it can only be made if the collection is set in grid mode, as list mode doesn't even display the removal option. Methods for easier management in this sense would be appreciated.

I think Itch should treasure the exposure given by the RJE Bundle to step their game up. Options like those would be huge QOL improvements.

Thanks, I'm getting it too.

Same for me,first time it happens with any purchase on Itch, and there are no other purchase options. Big shame, I was about to buy it on Steam then I chose for here because I also get a DRM-free copy (and the devs get a bigger cut), but if they can't fix this I'd rather hold off for the time being.

Thanks for the reply! I found where the files are. I also understand your concern, and assure you I'd activate the key as soon as I get it. No hurry though, I'd rather play some more and wait for updates before eventually diving into the game on Steam, then I'll be glad to ask ;)

Hello, I have two questions:

- Where does the game store the data files downloaded by the launcher?

- No chance for us Itch buyers to also get a Steam key of the game? Beside obvious features that can be only on Steam like achievements, will we be able to still count on future updates?

Anyway, the game is already fun to play in its little window, letting it go until something happens, and I look forward to the planned features. I also love the quadrichromatic pixel art.

I wanted to buy it but I couldn't because I've got no Mac or iPhone, so thanks for the Windows version! :)

Decided to get it in the end, also knowing that it has passed Greenlight and will eventually land on Steam ;)

I love Wolf3D-likes and your visual style - the cover image is fantastic and evokes an Amiga feeling - but I'm not too hot about roguelike and procedural generation, as I think it often leads to impersonal and unbalanced levels. I'll still keep an eye (I also voted for it on Greenlight) and consider buying. If I can leave a suggestion, a later Campaign Mode with fixed, hand-made levels that go beyond the limits of the procedurally generated ones.

I'd be tempted to buy the game here but, would the purchase also provide me a Steam key (like it's used by many devs who eventually land on Steam after Itch)? Or would I at least be reassured that it will be kept up-to-date with the Steam version (since some devs have this bad habit to forget other platforms exist once they land on Steam)?

My favourite detail is the purification effect. Would be great if there also was a downloadable version for offline play.
