By canon characters I mean characters that were made for the setting. Danganronpa characters in a DR Fan Game and Your Turn to Die characters in a YTTD Fan Game. Also any game engine can be used and you don't need to strictly follow the mechanics of Danganronpa or Your Turn to die

I'm working on my own game. Maybe we could bounce ideas off each other? Honestly, development on my project has been going so slow that Updates just equals things that should be a given.
