Can the MC be an actor and the only one as well?  (But also making it really difficult to maintain, since the only male actor is the MC)

This game is incredible, really fun to mess with it.
Here's some things I would like to see in future releases:
Some way to save the appearance of the girl you made.
Hands and a mouth, being able to grope some parts of her, and kissing/sucking some others is really needed.
Anal and oral sex. With oral, i think that making so she only turns her head sideways would be the best way to make it, you would only have to redraw the head customization to accommodate that, but if oral isn't in your plans, i can totally understand.

If it's a fully functional penis like the male protag, i'm perfectly fine with it.

It's okay. If you have some free time, or something like it, it would be cool to mess with it, got some pretty good results using them.
But anyways, I'm just recommending some stuff because i really like your game. Keep doing the amazing work you're doing with it!

I don't know where you saw that "rude" angle on my comment, but, i just said that, because i know which tools he's using and the tools i'm recommending, you will need to learn some new things, and go more in depth on how to prompt and use the resources you have available on what i recommended, i'm recommend him stuff because i mess with AI a lot.

If you ever use them, try the FurryRock model, it's the one that works really well with pokémons.

I think you should use Yodayo or Civitai ai image generators, they are better at generating stuff, principally pokémons. The two of them use a point system, where you get a certain amount of points everyday to use on generating stuff. The problem is that if you are not familiar with how to use ai, it might need some time to learn.

I really liked this, the design of the characters are really good, and don't have that bland default koikatsu look. The sex scenes are fluid and not principally  not laggy, probably because of the video codec you used. The story has the cliche isekai premise, but, there's nothing wrong with using cliche premises, they just need to be well developed, and from the current state of the game, it looks like it will be well made. Overall, a great introduction for your game! (Also, I've seem you mention about going towards a sandbox approach, i think a more regular visual novel would fit the best, but, i'm not too against sandbox.)
