I can. If you are running Windows 7 or 8.1, you might have no luck. But if you have a Windows 10 for ages, it may have a virus or your hard drive is struggling to cope with it. But if your OS is new or you are running Windows 11, then I have no idea what it could be.

Trojan? Isn't it meant to be an exe file?

Did your local bank say that you did get the money out of your card?
