I'm trying to do the last battle against Lind at the academy, but for some reason the enemy units are ridiculous. Like the first group of bandits with swords is only taking 7 damage from the three level 7 vanguard commanders going ham on them and a major chunk of the military/army upgrades. Am I missing something?
Feels like even without the troop weakness table, they should be dead after a few turns
