so I have an idea to build up my portfolio,
I’m a sound designer just looking to get in gaming, done a few volunteering etc but I’d like to do something different in terms of presenting myself.
I’d like to host a playable demo of a level on my website, Id need advice on the best way to do this(best platform etc) then probably help implementing. The idea being that a dev would help me set up assets, whether that’s something someone would be willing offer free or I purchase assets.
Id create and implement sounds then we host on a web page for visitors to play.
I understand this will involve time and effort so ideally id be looking free advice to see if it’s even possible and and then a quote for the actual work involved. This will be paid if I decide to go ahead.
so my background from a technical stand point is I’m web savvy, so embedding and actually hosting I’m good with. I’m learning fmod and wwise so this would be a good learning project for me. Creating audio assets is what I do best.
